Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Buyer must notify us by email diane@herbkeeper.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item for return shipping instructions. Buyer has 14 days to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. We will inspect your return and notify you when it has been approved. We will initiate a refund to your payment method.
Change of mind returns will incur return shipping at the buyers expense. No other returns accepted.
Product and Liability Disclaimer
Product may vary slightly in colour, taste and texture according to the season, harvesting procedure and country of origin. Product may contain traces of foreign material eg. extracts may contain unprocessed plant matter, teas may contain fragments of hessian, string, small stones. This is unavoidable in a product of this nature. These cause no harm, are not ingested and remain in the base of the infuser or bottle.
